RootRecord now publishes updates as static pages.
What changed
- The public navigation now points to an **Updates** hub.
- Update and report posts are generated from Markdown content.
- Each post receives its own URL using a date + slug format.
Why this matters
These pages stay available even if backend services are offline.
Users can still read change notices, rollout information, and service guidance while app login and signup remain backend-powered.
