Description of services
RootRecord provides monitoring, analytics, reports, and automation (solar/power statistics, weather, system metrics, dashboards, optional Telegram integration). You may create an account to access dashboards and reports. Some content is available without an account. Services are provided "as is" and may change over time.
Accounts and your use
You may register for an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, or misuse other users' data.
Subscriptions and billing
RootRecord offers a Free tier and a paid Supporter tier. All payments are processed by Stripe. See the Billing page for your plan and options.
- Free tier: Account, services, gaming link, charts, one project. No payment required.
- Supporter: One membership for website and Minecraft (The Recorded Realm). Monthly, yearly, or lifetime. Includes AI Root Reports, unlimited projects, Supporter rank in-game.
- Free trial: 7-day trial for new monthly/yearly subscribers. One trial per account.
- Payment and renewal: Recurring subscriptions charged by Stripe. Cancel from the Billing page via "Manage subscription" (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
- Lifetime: One-time payment for permanent Supporter access. No recurring charges.
- If you cancel or lapse, you return to Free. Data is retained; premium features are restricted. Billing records for lapsed accounts are stored for one year, then removed.
- We may delete accounts that are inactive or that breach these Terms. Deletion is irreversible.
My Account, data export, and deletion
From your profile you can download your account data and permanently delete your account. Deletion requires password confirmation and is irreversible. Our Privacy Policy describes what data we hold.
Data and privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Services.
RootRecord can access and process all content you provide regardless of privacy settings. Your privacy controls determine who else can see your content; the platform retains access for operations.
You agree that we may use data from AI report generation to create, train, and improve our own AI models (see Privacy Policy). We do not use it to train third-party commercial models or sell your data.
Encryption and wallet services (no warranty)
No warranty. Encryption and wallet services are provided with no warranties. We serve as a data gatekeeper; you accept all risk. Self-custody is the gold standard. Client-only decryption: Where you keep decryption under your control, only you can decrypt. We cannot recover such data if you lose access.
Availability and disclaimers
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled unavailability: Services may be offline from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. HST each day (power saving). The Services are not a substitute for professional advice. Time-remaining and other estimates are approximate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RootRecord is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational/legal reasons. You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may change these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

General
These Terms are the entire agreement. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
